Emmanuel has 19 years of investment experience in technology, real estate and energy infrastructure. He has advised technology entrepreneurs and start-ups, with a focus on big data and Fintech.
Previously he co-founded 1OAK Financial Group, a London-based alternative investment manager that notably held a pre-IPO investment in Twitter Inc. Previously, Emmanuel was head of Investments at Mubadala in Abu Dhabi, the creators of Masdar City, a $25bn landmark “green” real-estate project. Emmanuel spent 10 years as an investment banker in London and New York at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. He was involved in the origination and execution of $40bn M&A, equity and debt assignments in Continental Europe, the US and the Middle East across the real estate, infrastructure and technology sectors.
Emmanuel holds a MSc in Management and Finance from HEC Grande Ecole, Paris and a MSc in Management from CEMS.
Thomas has over 16 years of experience in real estate investment, finance and development.
Most recently, he was the founder and CEO of Limmat Group, a real estate private equity company focusing on investing and developing real estate projects in Europe and the US.
Thomas previously held positions at leading financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, KPMG and Ernst & Young with a focus on real estate investment banking and corporate finance advisory.
Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Economics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an MDes in Real Estate Investment from Harvard University.
With over 40 years of property specific valuation and advisory experience, Mr Francois has advised a wide range of French and foreign investors, banks, public bodies and corporate end users on real estate issues.
He has also played an active part in developing valuation and financial reporting standards in Europe. Mr François’ former client experience includes working with Bourdais, which merged in 2003 with CB Richard Ellis to become CBRE.
He has been CEO of Valuation Advisory activities at Bourdais/CBRE France for over 20 years and chaired several French and European professional bodies, including Institut Français de l’Expertise immobilière and Tegova.
He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Rafal has over 16 years of software engineering and delivery experience out of which almost 7 years in finance industry.
Most recently, he was Chief Architect at Aquis Exchange Ltd., which is an established MTF and trading technology provider. Prior to this he was designing trading systems and risk management tools for Marble Bar Asset Management LLP - London based hedge fund. Before he moved to finance, he was responsible for design and delivery B2B e-commerce systems and bespoke enterprise applications.
Rafal holds Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from European University in Warsaw.
Konstantin is a member of BrickVest’s Investment Team and is focused on sourcing, analysing and executing real estate investment opportunities.
Previously, Konstantin was at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he focused on origination and execution of equity, senior debt, mezzanine, and other subordinate debt secured by real estate assets and operating companies. Konstantin led deal teams to execute opportunistic and value-add transactions across multiple asset types in Europe and Middle East.
Konstantin holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
Frank has over 13 years of experience in loan and real estate investment, finance and development.
Most recently, he was Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Zinsbaustein, a crowd investment platform in Germany focusing on Business Development, Investments and Operations. Frank previously held positions at leading investment and advisory companies such as Castlelake L.P., Shinsei Bank Group and Ernst & Young with a focus on loan and real estate investment as well as corporate finance advisory throughout Europe.
Frank holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saarbrücken.
Remi Antonini brings 18 years of experience in real estate investment research and analysis to his role as Head of BrickVest Ratings.
He is founder and managing partner of Menkaura, an independent real estate advisory firm. Previously, he headed the European real estate investment research teams at Goldman Sachs and then Exane BNP Paribas. He was named the best sell-side analyst for European real estate in the 2008 Extel survey and was the 2007 winner of the Trophée des SIIC for best analyst on French real estate.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a CFA Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Salvatore is a Business Associate at BrickVest. He started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in Italy, where he was involved in several projects. His main responsibilities included project management, data analysis, modelling and reporting to Top Management.
