BrickVest, the London-based online commercial real estate investment platform, today announces half-yearly results for BrickVest Select, its exclusive B2B marketplace providing ultra-high-net-worth investors, family offices and institutional investors access to institutional-grade deals of between £5 million and £300 million.

To date, successful listed deals have taken an average of four to six weeks to reach a final closing. Reflecting its fast-growing appeal, BrickVest Select has so far attracted over 200 investors and driven interest from more than 850 real estate companies –

Thomas Schneider, CIO and co-founder at BrickVest, commented: “In just six months BrickVest Select has fully shown its ability to connect the best real estate deal sponsors with institutional capital through a fully regulated online investment platform. BrickVest Select has rapidly grown into a dynamic marketplace with new deal opportunities introduced every week. These are proving to be highly popular among investors looking to build larger, more diversified portfolios.

_“Since launch, we have also made our offer terms more flexible so that investors can opt to transact up to 100% of a deal or invest via a BrickVest managed AIF. We look forward to welcoming new investors and sponsors over the coming months as the platform continues to gain traction in the market._”
