BrickVest announces membership of INREV and AREF

BrickVest, the leading online platform for commercial real estate investment, today announces that it has joined INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles) and AREF (Association of Real Estate Funds, based in UK).

Since its inception, BrickVest has demonstrated a commitment to democratise best-in-class governance, reporting, valuation, liquidity and risk management standards. BrickVest wishes to use its membership of AREF and INREV to drive further improvement within the non-listed real estate sector and the wider the business environment in which it operates.

Emmanuel Lumineau (CEO, BrickVest) commented: "BrickVest is committed to building a truly open and liquid real estate investment platform that is changing the way a growing number of investors are accessing and benefiting from the asset class. Our decision to join INREV and AREF will enable us to share our insights among all members and to exchange ideas on how to further improve the way in which non-listed funds operate. As a fast-growing and innovative platform we often have a different perspective on how the industry can broaden its appeal among investors and we look forward to engaging in constructive debate that will lead to positive change over the years to come."
